PERFORMANCE COACHING

If you have any specific goals in your training then we can work together on a 1-2-1 basis. With this monthly subscription you will have my full support throughout and full access to me to ask any questions you may have. With 1-2-1 online coaching you will receive a tailored programme suited to your needs, nutritional information based on your body composition goals, and guidance with calorie targets and macronutrient calculation.  I will be overseeing your progress through weekly check ins via WhatsApp and the training app. In return I would be looking for 100% commitment, progress updates and feedback about the programme. Work hard and the results will follow.
