Meet Mo Agoro

At MLA Performance, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to perform at their best—whether that’s in the workplace, on the sports field or in everyday life.

Through evidence-based coaching, I help individuals, teams and businesses build strength, improve wellbeing and achieve lasting performance. Every programme is tailored to the person or team in front of me, combining the latest research with practical, sustainable coaching.

Exercise, fitness and sport have been a constant throughout my life. Since beginning my rugby career in 2013, I’ve represented Jamaica internationally in both Rugby League and Rugby Union while continuing to develop my knowledge as a coach.

Alongside my playing career, I completed an MSc in Strength & Conditioning because I believe great coaching combines evidence-based practice with real-world experience. Today, I use both to help individuals, teams and businesses build strength, improve wellbeing and perform at their best.
