MLA Performance founder, Mo Agoro is a strength and conditioning coach currently providing support to members of the public that want to extend their athletic years, whilst building their dream physique. Also working with companies to create well-being programmes to improve the health and fitness of their employees. Recognising the pivotal role physical well-being plays in employee productivity and job satisfaction, Mo has developed a unique approach to enhance both the physical and mental performance of individuals in corporate settings.

Mo's deep-rooted passion for fitness and performance led him to establish MLA Performance, the leading provider of personal and group strength and conditioning training services. Combining his expertise and knowledge, Mo set up MLA performance to help empower individuals and businesses to develop themselves and reach the next level in their performances. 

Exercise, fitness, and sport have always been a passion for Mo. With a focus on Rugby League, he embarked on his playing career in 2013. Over the years, he has accumulated a playing record of 200 professional games. He is also proud representative of Jamaica, showcasing his skills in both Rugby League and Rugby Union.

The approach Mo has towards coaching is backed by research, along with his playing and work experience to provide a cutting-edge service.
